  • Delivery time: 4–5 business days in Tier 1 cities and 6–7 business days across India.

  • Maximum delivery period: 15 days. If the order is not delivered within this timeframe, the customer may cancel for a full refund.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies, strikes, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are allowed only under certain conditions (defective, wrong item, or size issue).

  • Refunds are processed within specific timelines after verification.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Prepaid orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. If the customer insists on cancellation in transit, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

  • Customers may use product photos for personal/social purposes.

  • Influencers or individuals requesting removal of their content will have it removed within 4–5 business days.
