At Confidence Clothing Private Limited, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we are here to help. Please read our policy carefully before making a request.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered items, or for size-related issues.

Customers must initiate a request within 2 days of delivery.

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging intact.

Non-returnable items include innerwear, clearance/sale items, and certain accessories (such as socks, caps, etc.).
2. How to Request a Return/Exchange

Customers must contact us via WhatsApp to initiate the process.

Our WhatsApp bot will guide you through the steps and request photo/video proof of the defective or wrong item.

Requests without valid proof may not be accepted.
3. Exchange Process
- Only defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered items are eligible for free returns.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.

For size-related exchanges, the customer will bear 50% of the shipping cost.

Replacement items will be shipped only after the returned product is received and verified.

Exchange process may take up to 15 days depending on courier timelines.
4. Refund Process

Refunds will be initiated within 24–48 hours after the returned product is delivered back to us and verified.

Refund timelines: credited within 4–5 business days (depending on the bank/payment gateway).
Refund Methods:

Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.

COD Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer/UPI. Our WhatsApp bot will collect the required payment details.

Store Credit: Customers may opt for store credit or coupon codes instead of cash refunds.
5. Damaged/Defective Products

Customers must notify us on WhatsApp within 24–48 hours of delivery if the item received is defective or damaged.

Proof (photo/video) is mandatory.

Verified claims will be eligible for free return shipping.
6. Cancellations

Prepaid orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. If the customer cancels while the order is in transit, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
7. Important Notes

Refunds/exchanges are not provided if the product shows signs of wear, washing, or tampering.

Courier delays are beyond our control. Please allow up to 15 days for the complete return/exchange cycle.

We reserve the right to reject any return/refund request that does not meet our policy conditions.
