Return and refund Policy

At Confidence Clothing Private Limited, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we are here to help. Please read our policy carefully before making a request.


1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered items, or for size-related issues.

  • Customers must initiate a request within 2 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging intact.

  • Non-returnable items include innerwear, clearance/sale items, and certain accessories (such as socks, caps, etc.).


2. How to Request a Return/Exchange

  • Customers must contact us via WhatsApp  to initiate the process.

  • Our WhatsApp bot will guide you through the steps and request photo/video proof of the defective or wrong item.

  • Requests without valid proof may not be accepted.


3. Exchange Process

  • Only defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered items are eligible for free returns.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.
  • For size-related exchanges, the customer will bear 50% of the shipping cost.

  • Replacement items will be shipped only after the returned product is received and verified.

  • Exchange process may take up to 15 days depending on courier timelines.


4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be initiated within 24–48 hours after the returned product is delivered back to us and verified.

  • Refund timelines: credited within 4–5 business days (depending on the bank/payment gateway).

Refund Methods:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.

  • COD Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer/UPI. Our WhatsApp bot will collect the required payment details.

  • Store Credit: Customers may opt for store credit or coupon codes instead of cash refunds.


5. Damaged/Defective Products

  • Customers must notify us on WhatsApp within 24–48 hours of delivery if the item received is defective or damaged.

  • Proof (photo/video) is mandatory.

  • Verified claims will be eligible for free return shipping.


6. Cancellations

  • Prepaid orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. If the customer cancels while the order is in transit, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.


7. Important Notes

  • Refunds/exchanges are not provided if the product shows signs of wear, washing, or tampering.

  • Courier delays are beyond our control. Please allow up to 15 days for the complete return/exchange cycle.

  • We reserve the right to reject any return/refund request that does not meet our policy conditions.
