If you are unsatisfied with the goods received, you can return them within 7 days of receipt and get your money back. The return goods must be unused and in original condition. All return packages must be in the original packaging together with a copy of the invoice. The reason for the return of the goods must be mentioned by the customer. In rare cases of Damaged/Defective/Incorrect product received, you need to inform us within 48 hours of Delivery. Refund credit will be issued for all returns received after 30 days of receipt of goods as
per below mentioned methods.
If the payment has been made in cash (COD), the amount will be refunded by mode of NEFT/cheque. We will make refund NEFT/Cheque only in the registered name of the customer.
If the payment has been made by credit card, the refund will be made to the account of the credit holder from where the payment has been made.
Follow the following procedure to return the product(s)
Visit www.cfd.co.in and login to your account to fill up the return form. Submit the form with all relevant information. Once we receive your form, reverse pick up will be arranged within 48-72 working hours. In case the reverse pick up service is not available at your pin code, you will be notified and requested to self-ship the product(s).
